GUVNOR – UGANDA. Located on 1st Street Industrial Area is Uganda’s number one night spot! The Guvnor is the exclusive, new, lavish nightclub and bar added to Angenoir’s list of clubs. Its exterior design is inspired by ancient Greek architecture. The white marble glitters as the ultra-modern lights flash on them.
The Guvnor, exclusive for patrons aged 25 and above, is fenced off with beautifully aligned lights. Its serenity continues indoors with a spacious bar. Among its outstanding features, the Guvnor has a LED [light-emitting diode] dance floor, the first in Uganda. The dance floor allows live video feed; for example, the DJ can display logos of companies or play music videos for musicians as patrons dance away.
On December 30th Guvnor- Uganda will be the official After Party venue for the Ugandan Diaspora Social Networking Gala.
The Uganda Diaspora Network is a forum aimed at bringing together Ugandans who live and work abroad by celebrating their contributions overseas and also encouraging them to give of their time, talents, ideas and expertise whilst inspiring the next generation of Ugandan leaders. Every year the Ugandan Diaspora Network will organize an annual Social Networking Gala and will also produce a quarterly publication highlighting the successes of the various Ugandans residing overseas.
