I may need one male and one female actor playing age range between 35 and 55. Must be able to improvise and should have some background knowledge and/or experience of thecorporate business world.

I believe that andoiivg processed foods will be the first step to lose weight. They will taste good, but packaged foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you take more in order to have enough vigor to get over the day. Should you be constantly feeding on these foods, moving over to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more vitality while eating less. Great blog post.

    Hi there,

Just briefly, as i’m not certain this will be read, but i am wondering if Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine does any goodwill work for Uganda, such as championing education for example. I am working on a UN contract and wondering if there may be an opportunity to do something with him. Is he ever in Uganda, not that that is a deal breaker?

    Kind regards,
    Nicola
